Du'as When Waking Up, from the Qur'an and Sunnah with audio recitations

I practice this everyday ... alhamdulillah. even when I wake my kids up in the morning ... I shall read this aloud so that they do not forget to read the du'a too. Personally, i don't feel like I wake up from the wrong side of the bed ..angry and depressed or with a hangover ... after reading the prayer.
When my children feel miserable in the morning ... I always tell them maybe because they forget to read the du'a. And I am usually never wrong. :)

Praise be to Allah Who gives us life after He has caused us to die and unto Him if the Return Upon waking up
[Sahih al-Bukhari]

wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy’in Qadeer.

There is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, Who has no Partner.
His is the dominion and to Him belongs all Praise, and He is able to do all things. Glory be unto Allah. Praise be to Allah. There is none worthy of worship but Allah. Allah is the Greatest. There is no Might and Power except by Allah’s leave, the Exhalted, the Mighty. My Lord, Forgive me.
[Sahih al-Bukhari, cf Al-Asqalani, Fath al-Bari 3/39 among others. The Wording here is from Ibn Majah 2/335]
